untick the one in nlite tweaks and you'll only have ryan's in place (which I always unregister anyway!)

in your bios, does it give you the option to make it the first boot device?

try changing RunProgram="cmdow.exe /RUN /HID run.cmd" to RunProgram="cmdow.exe" /RUN /HID run.cmd also, RyanVM has already made an exe for this with all patches in, google for 'ryanvm'

pc version of GTA VC is smoother on pc, nicer graphics, far easier to control (mouse), and you get the sound through your soundcard
