  1. Virtual CloneDrive works and behaves just like a physical CD/DVD drive, however it exists only virtually. Image files generated with CloneDVD or CloneCD can be mounted onto a virtual drive from your hard-disk or from a network drive and used in the same manner as inserting them into a normal CD/DVD drive. Probably the best virtual drive software, Virtual CloneDrive allows you to enjoy the freedom of a virtual drive and is completely free. Features Supports all common image formats such as ISO, BIN, CCDSupports up to 8 virtual drives at the same timeEasy to use - just double-click an image file to mount as a driveVirtual CloneDrive is freeware, you may use it at no cost. - AddOn compatible with nLite and RVMi. - SFX compatible with WinToolkit and RVMi. - Multilang - Compatible XP-Vista-7-8 32/64 bits - No Desktop Icon - Autostart of daemon tray disabled by default - Multimode installer: use -ai (or /ai) switch to keep autostart of daemon tray. 2. And for X64 KB2647753 can be integrated but will be resintalled by Windows Update (bug?) KB2533552 can't be integrated as Tomorrow said. As RT7 Lite is no longer updated, i suggest using Win Toolkit instead.
  3. Sorry steven4554, i don't have the KB numbers for .NET 3.5 only, the only thing i can do is to sow the content of my packs,. You can see that i have langpack french for IE9 and 3 cabs for Windows Update update
  4. That's also the way i have made mine . Thanks. I think you should do that now, because .NET 3.5 SP1 is part of Windows, and Windows Update will install them as critical / important updates.
  5. 1) OK 2) I cant find KB2506928-v3 again, i have surely made a mistake as i was very tired. Sorry. 3) How do you create your list of KB each month was my question. I have made my own "update pack" for 7 32/64 for October and i have some differents KB, hence my question
  6. I've seen that, but the number of critical and important security updates are not the same on the two lists, why ? (checked with september list) I have quickly checked your october X86 list, and some update seems obsoletes. Also found an oddity: In your list you have Windows6.1-KB2506928-v3-x86.msu, but MS only offers Windows6.1-KB2506928-v2-x86.msu to download. If you check the digital signature, v3 is older than v2 ! So, what is your source for making your lists ?
  7. steven4554: what is the difference between your UL and those found on windows update downloader web page ?
  8. Or you could use 64 bit module. Also, from Wikipedia: %ProgramFiles% This variable points to Program Files directory, which stores all the installed program of Windows and others. The default on English-language systems is C:\Program Files. In 64-bit editions of Windows (XP, 2003, Vista), there are also %ProgramFiles(x86)% which defaults to C:\Program Files (x86) and %ProgramW6432% which defaults to C:\Program Files. The %ProgramFiles% itself depends on whether the process requesting the environment variable is itself 32-bit or 64-bit (this is caused by Windows-on-Windows 64-bit redirection).

    nLite puzzle

Hello here nLite can be used in Windows 7. I use it myself on Win7 64 bits, i just have checked the "Windows XP" compatibility on the nlite executable. I think the only thing that must be done on XP/2003 is the slipstreaming of a service pack.
  10. Hello I use a entries_.ini file to add custom tweaks with nLite (view http://www.nliteos.com/addons/#registry_addreg if you don't know what i'm talking about) The problem lies in this line: HKCU,"Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchScopes\{1C5F694D-B965-4AEA-AF33-8906DFBC21E4}","URL",,"http://www.google.fr/search?hl=fr&q={searchTerms}+&meta=" Becomes this in hiveset.inf, HIVEDEF.INF and nlite.inf (also, why nLite add the keys to all these files? nlite.inf is enough....) HKCU,"Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchScopes\{1C5F694D-B965-4AEA-AF33-8906DFBC21E4}","URL",,"http://www.google.fr/search?hl=fr&q={searchTerms} As you can see, nLite truncate the end,(+&meta=" ), resulting in an error at the text mode stage of the install: If i manually edit nlite.inf to add my tweaks, everything works fine, but that's a hassle to do this at each integration. So, is this a know bug or limitation of nLite? Can i avoid that ? Thanks.
  11. Many apps have already made addons posted here and elsewhere in inf and/or svcpack format, no need to use autoIt, ( obviously your doing it wrong anyway, 200mb for utorrent and ccleaner is very huge, normally it should be less than 10mb for both) You can found my ccleaner addon in the application addons subforum: [Release] CCleaner Slim 3.11.1541 (see the size) You also have many addons and infos threads posted on other forum, like Ryanvm , Wincert, etc... I have made maybe 50 addons, & i used even more, and i never had to use autoIt to install an app. Never. Addons syntax is quite simple really, and with these three forums you'll have all the infos needed at hand. Regards.
  12. Use an update pack instead of integrating with mitigated success a bunch of updates.
