I have installed AP 2007 October FULL edition and then I try to launch Auto Patcher, dos window closes after the first message (launching Auto Patcher for Windows 98se). And nothing else happens The same result is when trying to launch start_debug.bat: after press any key message nothing happens, log isn't created :-/ While examining bat file, I have found line: FIND/I - shouldn't it be FIND /I ? with space? Also, does DOS support channel symbol as *nix (VER | FIND/I "dos 7.10")? manual launch autopach.bat c:\temp\ap Y resulted in warning, that environment space is set to low (1456 vs needed 7168), used environment space 1288 vs 2056

there are several packages/packs to choose from to update Win98SE: 98 SE SP by Gape (3.0 alpha3), Revolutions pack by Tihiy (7.0), 98SE2ME by MDGx (09-03), Auto Patcher What are the main differences between these packages/packs? strong/weak sides of each one pack? It would be nice, if MDGx, Gape and Tihiy could comment on this topic and provide useful information to decide I want to get fixes and enhancements, but still be in control what new features are set. Not all features (for example from visual "advancements") are seen required by me - computer is quite old, so the main point goes for performance, not fancy look
