i got told i had to use this program. and i like got icons and want to put them in there all floder icons like a blue floder e.t.c. but i used thi program keep say error e.t.c. ?????

i got a theme i like un ziped it to there then went to chage theme and its not there???? so i went to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\ and thought i would doulbe click on it ans that didnt work. so what shell i do ?

i want to make my own theme so where do i get the tools from ? and is it hard to make? does it take a long time? where do i get the destops from? and will it hurt my pc? thanks for any help

sorry ok i cant fins any skins to use and there are no prviews, where do i get them. Then do i download StylesXP, and that will install it for me or does that bulid styles?
