Touchy Feely Cracky In a long line of people waiting for a bank teller, one guy suddenly started massaging the shoulders of the person in front of him. Surprised, the man in front turned and snarled, "Just what the hell are you doing?" "Well," said the guy, "I''m a chiropractor and I could see that you were tense, so I had to massage your back. Sometimes I just can''t help practicing my art!" "That''s the stupidest thing I''ve ever heard!" the guy replied. "I work for the IRS. Do you see me screwing the guy in front of me?"

Dear Valued Microsoft Customer, You are cordially invited to join the MSN® Beta Program. We use beta programs to help define features for future products and services. This is your chance to make a difference! Participation lets you share your ideas and plays a key role in the development process. And together, we will build a better MSN! What is a beta program? A beta program is a group of key customers who have agreed to test a new, unreleased version of a product. Through testing, these customers provide valuable feedback that we utilize to make MSN Internet Services easier to use and better meet your communication needs. The beta program is your chance to make a difference in MSN products! If you are selected as a participant, you will need to: Install and run the Microsoft® Office Outlook® Connector for MSN beta software (beta software is free) on your PC. Submit bug reports and feedback to the MSN beta support team in a timely fashion. We are looking for a group of participants that are excited about the program and are willing to provide useful feedback throughout the entire beta period. The beta period is currently expected to run for the month of December and may continue into the month of January. Since this beta has such a short window of opportunity to submit bugs and feedback, it is very critical that we have high participation in the first 2 weeks of the beta. Please make your decision carefully. Your feedback is crucial to the success of our product. How do I sign up? If you would like to participate in the program, please take our beta survey. We will use this information to select program participants. NOTE: During sign-up and installation of the beta software you will get prompted for credit card information. The MSN beta software will be free during the program and you will not see any charges on your credit card until the beta has expired. Credit card information is a requirement since MSN is a subscription service and it is essential that the account activation and billing features are tested along with the many other features prior to launch. At the end of the program, all participants will receive an e-mail letting you know that the program is ending and if you desire to cancel the subscription before the free period ends you will need to call the toll-free number (1-866-672-4551). Please note: you must follow these directions. Using a personal or previously assigned BetaID will NOT grant you access to this survey. Go to http://www.BetaPlace.com. Sign in with your .NET Passport. (Your MSN e-mail address is your .NET Passport.) Enter Guest ID: MSNOLC (Note: the Guest ID is case sensitive). Complete the beta survey. If you are selected as a participant, you will be sent a "Welcome" e-mail. That e-mail will contain your BetaPlaceID and password along with information on how to download the software. Due to the high volume of responses, we will only be able to contact those customers who have been chosen for the program. Thank you for taking the time to review this information. We greatly appreciate your consideration of the MSN Beta Program and hope you decide to make a difference in MSN products. Regards, MSN Member Services
