this requires lots of changes in necko component(mozilla's networking component) since the difference is huge between 52esr and trunk for merging TRR and ESNI.

nope, that's only 3.0 alpha(trunk) and without NSS update (yet). fx3's cairo doesn't work well in NT 3.51(due to missing APIs about glyph drawing) -

Its javascript engine requires SSE2, it will output SSE2 instructions to processor even you don't use SSE2 to compile it. -

confirmed, but since there is no new official basilisk release, we can't test on official build. have a look on change sets but find no clue on what causing this happening.
