there is another way to replace the drives icons try this : [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\DriveIcons\Y\DefaultLabel] @="yourlabel" [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\DriveIcons\Y\DefaultIcon] @="c:\windows\system32\shell32.dll,0" in this example the drive X will be updated and the 0 is the first icon of the shell32.dll file replace the X by the letter of your choice or add the letters you wanna modify

here is my cmdlines.txt for xplode (precision, the xplode.exe and all its plugins are in the $oem$ folder) [COMMANDS] .\xplode.exe hope it helps..
