Yes, it applies only to older version. I created that menu because SETUP.exe that this tool create have some advanced options. SETUP.exe will be created automatically when hotfixes are slipstreamed, but someone may not want to slipstream hotfixes and wants advanced options of this tool SETUP.exe. Thanks Lions. Cheers

You can do the translation. That is my mistake. You don't need new Setup.exe for Office 2007, just for Office products released in year 2002/2003. This will be fixed in next beta. Cheers

This sure is not the easiest way. Taking snapshots... . Using tools to create addon... . It's better to make addons manually, so you can be sure what are you doing. And there is no point to take snapshots, you don't need it for anything and it requires additional application. In your way, you need 3 application to create addon: Compressing tool, addon maker, Install right, I need just compressing tool. You just waste you time here. Also, do NOT double post! Cheers

I'm not sure how can you find out. But try to find the clean Office 2003 Source and then to slipstream SP3 and updates.

This is some king of bug with InfoPath. Can you upload you log, so I can see what did you do? Also, is the CD which you used was clean (no SP and hotfixes integrated before)? Cheers

This have nothing to do with nLite, something else is the cause. nLite simply use switch for integration, so that can not be the problem. It is SP3 itself, or your installation is corrupted. Cheers

Using nLite create ISO, then use some other software to burn the ISO, Nero for example. Also try to bun at lower speed. Cheers

When you open Options in vLite, there is option "Load last season on browse". Maybe that's why that happened. Cheers

Glad that you got it working. Now, not everything is installed in Program Files\Microsoft Office. There is something in Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE11. Also there is few files in Documents and Settings\user account name\Application Data and in Documents and Settings\user account name\Local Settings\Application Data. Cheers

Long time ago I used shrinker and I managed to reduce my Office 2003 SP3 and I had to manually add some missing files, but I never got 7MB folder. Maybe Shrinker have some problem with spaces in path. Try to move your file from desktop to c disk and make sure that there is no spaces in path. If this does not work I don't know what else could be the problem. Cheers

SP3 can not be integrated to media center edition. For drivers use nLite, page "Drivers". Make sure that all of your drivers are extracted because nLite search for .inf file. To merge two CD's just copy all files from CD1 and CD2 to same folder on hard drive. Cheers

You can not slipstream SP1 to Compatibility Pack. Just add to chain install first Compatibility Pack and then SP1 for it. Silent switch is switch which will allow you to install some software without user input, silently. When adding Compatibility Pack and SP1 for a switch choose "Custom" and the enter this: /quiet Cheers

Is it possible to slipstream the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007 File Formats with the install? So far I've slipsteamed SP3 plus 9 hotfixes and the install has only grown by 1.5%, this program rocks! I'm glad that you like the program. You can not slipstream Compatibility Pack, but you can add it to chain install (second tab) with some silent switch, and Compatibility pack will be installed after Office Installation is finished.
