New app i just came across and installed. dude ...listen...read your first post... you said "Where are sites to get 1.1 Portal Skins?" Key word is PORTAL...you didnt say Invision. There 2 different things. Portal is now version 3.2 and Invision is now version 1.1 beta 2 (soon final). Read the forums i posted. There in there

Ive just read a new edition of MaximumPC (special edition) and came across alot of items I will be typing up and sharing with the rest of you in the next few days. I found this little trick under a section on how to avoid people from breaking into your system and protecting your pc. Ive never seen it posted (unless i missed it) so I thought i would share with you:

it does work, you just have to do some fixes. Read the forums I posted and read others who are and have had troubles. Theres fixes. BTW you said "Where are sites to get 1.1 Portal Skins?" that was your origanal question. 1.1 is way old and works fine with forums skins like beta 2 works with protal 3.2. Just do some studies.

uh no Im not wrong. Any skin you use will auto on the portal. Ive done it everytime. How many boards have you installed or configured? Theres way to have different skins for portal if you want a different from forums. I would suggest you take a look here, youll find your info you need. portal uses your forums skin automatically. Go to IBF Invision site and there a list of affiliates...IBF Skins is one.

Windows .NET - Dude we know about Invision, as a matter of fact beta 2 is running on our test site. Myself is very good friends with serveral guys over at invision boards so we would know alot more about it. Yes it rocks but for god sakes stop posting images to the forums. Host them on your own space. Why not place a link instead youve used up space on the server and posted a HUGH image that will slow down those on 56k connections. Last warning!

did you run 2000 or 2001, try 2000 like i siad before. Look at my score. It was the lowest but then again look at my video card and compare them to the rest. Thats why i got a low score. The rest of my hardware is good.

listen guys..3dmark was made for high card and CPU's. You guys should run 3dmark2000 and not 2001. 2001 was made primary for geforce 3 and higher with high end CPU. If you compare your scores to this thread: http://www.msfn.org/index.php?act=ST&f=5&t...b2bb7d4b54d60d2 and compare your specs to those who have ran youll see your not close in hardware. Run 2000 and see what score you get
