the people who complain about MBM and colomon just dont read all the info or spend time on there forums. I set it up everytime on every computer Ive ever own. Soe motherboard require certain settings and others require a add on software. Most if not 99.9% of all MB are supported through MBM....check there forums out MBM Forums there very helpful and deal with this all the time. Also read up on colomon, if your using MBM with colomon you need a certain version of MBm not the new version. That will not work.

yes you can up it, I do it on all my boards for the ram...as far as how high, well thats different for every chip. Muskin i can go extremely high but other ive done I could do much. You ll have to try it and when you get a error on boot up or after boot up you get frezzes then you know youve gone to high

if you don't have a previous version of windows "ex. windows 98, 2000, me" then you will have to purchase full version. If you do own any of the previous operating system you can buy the upgrade version. As far as office you cant update it because its a trial version.

boot with the disk in the drive and load windows like your going to do a freash install, but choose repair when you get to the main menu.

because some players "ex. womans computer at the office" doesnt support mp3 playback burnt as a data disk or i would

ok I did that and found out my woman wasnt crazy. She said when she burnt the disk they would only play every other song and sure enough thats what happening. I burnt 10 songs for a test and they play track 2,4,6,8,10 and thats it. Any thiing else? Is there dual lasers on this that write to a disk, maybe the drive has gone bad? any other suggestions?

ok I have burnt a million cd's so Im missing a new feature some where in nero. Im trying to burn music and all files are mp3's. Everytime I burn them the files are converted to .cda files. Its driving me nuts. Im using nero. ANyone seen this or heard about it? BTW new install of nero v 5.5.10
