When i modify/replace Windows XP SP3 RTM files with Resource Hacker, then apply Arabic User Interface... some strings and dialog boxes still in English. But this doesn't happen if i leave the files without Resource Hacking. This is not a nLite problem, but a problem for most of nLite users! (which trying to beatify XP)

I suppose u know Bootscreen editor... I think changing the black color of image 6 (in your ntoskrnl.exe) to white from the palette could do it.

Replace bmp (6,7) in your kernel file (ntoskrnl.exe,... etc) with deferent bmp. Note: the appearance depends on the new bmp colors. My one looks like that:

You can use the latest "RyanVm Update pack" and leave Automatic Updates. I don't know any Registry key can do that.

My only solution for this bad Automatic update is to disable the service from nLite-services
