As long as you do not delete that partion and you reinstall windows on the other patition (the one without your "My Documents") You will not lose your "My Documents"

Doesn't Seagate makes native SATA drive that support command queuing? That should boost performance a fair bit. I would rather have4 serial ATA cables connected to 4 seperate drives than 2 huge, delicate, and generally more annoying ATA cables the connect 4 ATA drives...

There is a bootsector out there that will only boot from CD if you "press any key" This means that you push "any key" the first time you boot up that way you boot from the CD and then after that it will boot form the hard drive (as long as you don't press "any key") if you go the the msfn's unattended website (unattened.msfn.org) you should be able to find it there...if not nLite definately has that option when you make a windows ISO! Ok...well I am looking to get a new computer in the few months. I want this computer to last till Longhorn (except for the video card) I know (or believe) that The best of AMD has outperformed the best of Intel in raw frames per second, ->but what platform is more relialble? AMDs used to have serious heat issuse - has that been worked out? Will an AMD be as stable as an Intel cpu with an Intel chipset, -> if so what kind of chipset works best with AMD? Till Longhorn what will be more important - 64-bit processing or Hyperthreading when will AMD support PCI-Express?

I am having a question...I installed SP2 builld 2138 on my compuer and now it is asking me to activate it! When I installed SP2 RC1 it did not! Does anyone know why this happens and if it will happen in the final version?

I have 2 computers and 2 copies of windows XP...I was wondering if there was a way to choose what CD key to use in my install at the very beginning of the install... For example by having a batch file that runs before the setup to "edit" the answer file to have the appropriate CD key in it...
