Make that one CD Key in the answer file

Featured Replies

I have 2 computers and 2 copies of windows XP...I was wondering if there was a way to choose what CD key to use in my install at the very beginning of the install...

For example by having a batch file that runs before the setup to "edit" the answer file to have the appropriate CD key in it...

if its on CD, u cant write new info 2 a cd without a cd program..

atleast i dont think so :|

Why not just make one CD for each computer?

ya, that would be the more sensable idea :D im gonna do that too for my network when i get it all setup, have 1 cd for the server, then the others for the clients :) im in the process of making my first unattended cd and getting it perfect :D

good luck
