  1. Wow, this is awesome. I thought it would be released tomorrow but I'll have time tonight to test it. Thanks. Will let you know how it goes.
  2. Sorry to be posting anything but misspellings and errors lol but I found 2 errors after removing everything using .7 with Ultimate version. (fresh install) While within System Properties (right-click on Computer, Properties): 1 -- click on Remote settings (upper, left side) 2 -- click on Security Center (lower, left side) Last_Session.ini
  3. -- enable classic mode on first boot -- "Games" Start menu folder is still listed even though I removed all games -- "Default Programs" and "Windows Update" on Classic Start menu - remove them from on top of Programs -- remove "Help and Support" from Start menu -- remove "Documents"from Start menu -- remove "Windows Live Messenger Download" link on Start/Programs Thanks for vLite, I'm loving it and looking forward to its next release.
  4. Google works wonders my friend. I could be wrong, but nLite was not designed for slipstreaming Office updates, just Windows. You're in the wrong section of the forum. http://www.petri.co.il/office_system_2003_...ipstreaming.htm
  5. Much like I did for nLite, I looked around the vLite's setup to see if I found any misspellings. It was looking flawless until I came upon the Force Glass Effect option.
  6. audi team? Is that some inside joke that I missed or what is the audi team?
  7. I'm somewhat of a stickler when it comes to spelling, so it pains me to see these misspellings in nLite. Of course, there might be more, this is just what I found. Thanks
  8. Just to give you a better idea about what's happening, I included some screen shots: 1 -- You click on Windows Update like normal, you click on Check for Updates 2 -- It finds one update, you click on View Available Updates 3 -- Click on Install, you get that 'error'. While this isn't a showstopping bug by any means, shouldn't Windows Update at least recognize that Defender is no longer installed? Otherwise, Update will continue to indefinitely have that 1 update that won't install. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

    .7 & Defender

I might have found a small glitch in .7. I removed everything from the install, got it down to about 770 MB, installed wonderfully in VMWare Workstation, installed VMWare Tools after the install, rebooted, ran Windows Update, it wants to download: Definition Update 1.14.1948.9 for Windows Defender (KB915597) among other updates, so I install them, reboot, then run Windows Update again, it wants to download that Definition update again. Shouldn't it know that Defender is gone and not even prompt for further Definition updates? Last_Session.ini
  10. This is a shot in the dark but are you using the latest version of Nlite? I had this exact problem happen with an older version, then a newer version is released and the problem went away. If you mentioned that you are already using the newest version then disregard this.
  11. These are the parts of my WINNT.SIF file that are responsible for automatically partitioning and formatting NTFS (whole disk) during my unattended XP install. (there are more parts to [Data] and [unattended] along with other sections but try adding these to make it do its magic) [Data] AutoPartition = 1 MsDosInitiated ="0" UnattendedInstall="Yes" [unattended] Repartition=Yes UnattendMode=FullUnattended UnattendSwitch="yes" OemSkipEula=Yes OemPreinstall=Yes As you can tell it's a bit ugly (inconsistent with quotes and capitalization) but it works for me. Good luck.
