Search didnt help... 3 diffrent IE7 packages didnt help... WTF no matter where i place IE7 in that integrated list it NEVER makes it through... NEVER... not a single build has EVER had IE7 slipstreamed into it.. no matter whos .cab .7z yada yada yada..... (sorry lack of sleep and waste of 18 VPC sessions).... WTF?? I put it in front of everything and at the end of everything.... and in the middle.... NOTHING :PDSAFD:SAKFLDSKA end rant and induce sleep....

..... ok wow... never thought id run into this problem.... i removed the floppy drivers.... how would i go about reinatlling them or just installing the device drivers so i can quickly use the floppy drive.... lolz

for the love of god 54 pages, someone make a new Topic, download the latest drivers for "said" nvidia chipset, make a self-extractor out of it (to the OS build folder where it should be placed) and be done with it FFS and then task someone with making sure that the most updated driver versions are used..... geez

I think i left WinDefender for s***s and giggles..... I havent had spyware or adware or even a virus in ages............ 2 years to be exact........ might have something to do with th Mcafee Enterprize on my server which delivers my s***.... or the fact that I reformat every 1-2 months....... and I have gotten re-installing almost down to a hair.....

hmmm... never thought of turning off win defender..... i really dont want to turn off search.... AM2 5200+ 1MBx2L2 Cache 2GB (2x1GB Dual Channel) DDR2-800 -Kingston HyperX 74GB Raptor Dual 7900GS 8GB Corsair GT USB Drive vLite'd Vista (will post last session later and other changes made after install and tweaks) Just wanted to say that after vLite I noticed a BIG Difference in performance with ReadyBoost and SuperFetch then I did without it.... After reading all the reviews on how Vista is still slower then XP (and when not vLite'd it is slower then XP) I managed to get all my games and even some of my office apps to boot 5+sec's faster (FPS tests comes once 1Final is released) BF2142 is FUN FUN FUN (and I dont notice the same jitteryness I used to have when I had XP on it) HOWEVER... WTF is vista doing at startup I STILL have not found a way around the annoying as hell 2-4 min startup (Vista ultimate) it has to be the most annoying thing I have ever had to deal with (and yes im a performance freak with 2 27mm fans built into my case with AS5 on everything and little HS attached to all Chips on the MOBO and VID and even my HDD) compared to my nLite'd XP with 7sec (one bios is done) to login screen.. any help or comments are appreciated.

then their has to be some aspect of x64 to be removed from the x64 driver for AMD specifically... maybe a look from the first nlite to current and then a look over the latest patched windows to find out what has changed..... (im to tired to actually make sense of what im saying but it has the general idea)

lol I can change the CD-Key with no problem (MJBean) The problem is that when i put my OEM key in my installation for the Corp Integrated since its not looking for OEM keys and only VLK and CORP keys it fails (newegg.com copies OEM Legit) my question was basicly: XP Corporate edition -----> Turned into XP Pro OR made to accept OEM Keys either way the end result of having a nice fully upgraded first installation is very nice.

Well Google did NOTHING to help this search. I have 5 copies of Windows XP Professional SP2, all LEGIT (the perks of working for a company) and I want to use my new keys but they are OEM not Corporate. Now the question here is I like the Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP2 Corporate INTEGRATED that many groups release each month so that a fresh install will need minimal if any windows updates. So my question is what do I need to replace or edit so that my Integrated version will work with my OEM Key's Point me to the correct area if im in the wrong place but its going into the nlite process where i get screwed in the CD-Key area. OK so my main problem was i had optin and alwayson for DEP, I disabled them and fixed my installer and firefox crashing issues.... NOW to the problems that still plague me.... When I try to do a Microsoft Update from the site, it scans fine and downloads fine HOWEVER the updates do not install they FAIL!, I was able to find the WGA and the IE7 update that where already downloaded but the N1.1 and N2.0 (netframework) i could not find and therefor not manually install (that works) (in thesoftware distrib folder) Any clues?!?! sorry i didnt nlite it yet i extracted it and installed it manually that might be it.... lol ..... but i already have IE7 SP2 and the c++ redistrib....... i dont get errors for the calendar or calc or run just all the other gadgets.... ill reinstall the moment you release your b2 tHX

hmmm weird.... its disabled... no system problems... runs a bit slow for a 4400+ X2 2x1MB cache..... very strange..... let me know if there is anything I can do to get you more information.

did that..... same problem still.... i enable it,... restart.... back to disabled..... this is with the newest driver download for the NVIDIA chipset.... weird... even on this XP home PC im on right now it has the same problem and it didnt have this problem until I updated the drivers to the newest ones from the NVIDIA site.
