when opening the dll file, under stringtable: 2,3,4 are Windows XP Pro 13,14 are Windows Servers 19,20,21,22 are Windows XP Home 26, 27 are Windows XP 64 Bit 1,5,63 aren't really specific. /n seems to break to a new line with the text. looks like MS just coded one winntbbu.dll to work with the different versions of XP.
