i am not going to make a guide. there is to many **** bugs. But still i like it. should prove useful. hopefully we can get the categories sorted and remove the need for case sensative text. and one other thing!!! when i put descriptions on my program that i will install. guess what u can use ' like in aren't or won't it craps it and u can't use WITH or with.

i did that last nite bec. of the **** bug with wpi all u need to do is this winrar sfx your reg key and use this as the comment change the winrar_settings.reg to your own file name. now if u want to install several reg keys using sfx. Nologic has made an autoit. if u dont knw autoit. u can look at the sticky thread. if u dont know how to use Winrar. in my sig is a link to a page i made detailing on how to make a winrar sfx (with pretty pictures)

I agree with u on that point. But through other people's mistakes and errors u can learn to avoid them. But in the case of a thread being really cluttered with so much junk u can ask the moderators to clean it up.

I hv a Asus P4C800 E Deluxe no problem here. show me your winnt.sif and READ this.... http://www.techsupportforum.com/archive/in...php/t-9888.html use the intel controller for the OS. performance gain may be minimal on either of them, but stick with the chipsets RAID first. RAID 0 is pretty fast, make sure you got 2 similar drives for any performance gain. id use the other controller (promise) with a RAID 1 or RAID 5 setup for redundancy of data.

post your winnt.sif and your runonceEX.cmd did u edit your setup boot screen?

it is about time that the mods came to clean up this thread. It has gottens so monsterous that u hv to look at so many pages to find what u are looking for. I will pm one of the moderators to clean this thread. I am using the lastest build 2.98a. As bulldog mentioned caps is not mentioned in the guide that comes with the wpi.

give us the brand of your dvd burner, the specs of your computer, the media you are using, and what write speed. i burn all my stuff on dvd +RW i hv a liteon 1633s dual layer drive never had a problem unless i go buy 15 cents dvd rw media. the cheapo ones. But when i us HP branded DVDRW media perfect each time I only use Nero Reloaded 6.6.3 to burn nothing else. Works perfect.

my GOD there isn't any info about that in the guide. what about file names? and folders? i had problems with those too. and i can't get my regfiles to install.

Britishbulldog try using winrar for your nero so that u can further reduce the size and install silently as well. Simonsays wrote a guide for it.
