u hv to patch your wfp in order for u to change to metapad. i had the same problem before. when i patched my wfp it worked.

To each his own. I started with GuiRunOnce when i started 6 months. Ago. As u can also see in unattended.msfn.org it suggest that moving to RunOnceEx.cmd is the preferred method, with a nicer and cleaner look. And by the way .. Cranak u hv been reported for Violation of TOA.

the solution is so simple DON'T Install Roxio! problem solved. try it. install nero 6.6 instead, smaller foot print, faster interface. by the way Roxio has been sold of my Adaptec. so u won't be getting anymore updates soon. I have a sony laptop z series, and toshiba a20 and i hv no issues. Roxio is a know culprit off the "disappearing DVD or CD" it is all over the net.
