lost soul, i hv an idea... usually when u download trial version of screensavers and u apply the Legit serial. the SCR file itself is "changed". u can then just copy the scr in your windows system32 and copy to another pc and it wont ask for the serial. (pls make sure u r doing this legally) some screensavers have a "smart" check system... it checks back at its homepage to see if u are using a pirated serial. if it does, it will do very bad things to your screensaver file.

Pls view the picture below by default Flashget splits files into 2 parts simultaneous downloads i want to set it to 10 parts simultaneous. Is this a regtweak or something i hv to change in the flashget ini?

i just use my laptop as my guine pig i hv lunch by the time i come back i check it to see if everything is ok. if not i wait till i take a shower

here is what yahoo chess looks like using Internet Explorer using Microsoft Java here is a picture of FireFox or Opera using Sun Java look at the text it is so tiny compared to the picture above. What is the problem w/ Sun Java???

I agree IE sucks... the only reason i still use IE is bec. of yahoo Chess. Yahoo Games does not like Sun Java the text are like super tiny and u can't see very well. I wish that Yahoo does something to correct this

Here is another problem i hv with FlashGet. it shows up on the toolbar of my My Computer pls view picture below. p.s. it is a big picture need to scroll to the far right. Problem Solved!!! pls look at the first post for the solution.

If you want to have your "My Computer" View look like this then export these keys, which are the folder view database keys per user HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ShellNoRoam\BagMRU HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ShellNoRoam\Bags then wack the exported. reg info in your unattended reg file. I am downloading installshield hopefully i will be able to figure out a way to integrate the plugins and extensions i want. there is one thing i want to customize and that is the search bar. I am so use to the google bar on the bottom of the address bar in IE. I want to move it down @simon just for clarification let say i am john doe (username) and I installl flashgot, Then if i log on as jane doe (username) and i launch FireFox will i also have the FlashGot Extension?

I agree with you crahak, but have u checked if your extension work with the final release alot of extension don't work anymore.
