you've just lighted up my curiousity on this! you see, everytime BtS releases a new DPs, i would always re-run the Base ... Siginet's comment and BtS' reply pointed out that it's NOT NECESSARY to re-run the Base ... so BtS which DP that just need to copy over -and- which to re-run the Base integrator? this would at least saves me some time during the integration of every updated DP available

Hi Bashrat I'm just curious on one of the question asked at the end of the DP integration. The question is ... "Please press Y to keep the drivers or N in the other case." -[EXPERIMENTAL] What does this function do actually? I peeked in the run_me.cmd file, but i don't quite understand it's EXACT FUNCTION. Could you please enlighten me what does this actually do to the UWXPCD, or maybe drivers detection, etc. etc.? Thx in advance and for the gr8 packs

No, i didn't encounter this on v5.06 ... just v5.07.1 ... i'm trying on v5.07.2 now ... will update you soon

i'm getting exactly the same problem as Siginet also, the batch "BTS_DPs_Slipstreamer_V5071.cmd" doesn't copy all the DPs into the "DPfiles" folder .. this could be the problem ... everytime i execute the batch, the content inside "DPfiles" will get lesser and lesser ...

i don't think modifying the installer or installation-method should pose any legality issues. the *only* legal issue (that i can think of) is when some1 modifed the code (reverse-engineer) or took some/all of the code for other purposes. like RyanVM's case, MS' guy took a look at his .NET package and definitely found out that he *did nothing wrong* to modify their codes. He just *tweaked* the installer (or some other routines, i don't know). as long as we don't touch the core code, i guess we should be fine on how we *repack* the appz. maybe MS is forgiving in this, maybe not. other developers may or may not like it.
