Can't find HFSLIP Homepage

I can't get in HFSLIP Homepage.

IE6 says can't find the server.

We get lots of bad traffic from your netblock. So I had to block a lot of IPs and you fall within the range (but don't appear to be one of the bad guys). I'm trying a new trick to allow you through while still blocking the baddies. Please let me know if you still can't load the page. If it doesn't work, I'll change the ACL for your netblock.

Sorry for the trouble, but we have to defend the site from attackers.
