DL.
There are progs like that, but you need a special cable too (the prog is included when buying the cable).

TheFlash428
Not sure if I can help with USB issue, and I know that's what you want to do, but setting up a link between 2 pc's using a network cable is pretty straight forward (and as long as both PC's have network cards the only thing you need is a LAN cable). If you need help with that, let me know.
jaclaz
and as long as both PC's have network cards the only thing you need is a LAN cableA small correction, if you don't have a hub you will need a crossover or "patch" cable:http://www.littlewhitedog.com/content-8.html("normal" cables are "direct" or "straight through")jaclaz
TheFlash428
...hmmm, you're right. I make most of my own cables, so I guess I forgot it's not as easy as just picking up a commercially made cable.
DL.
I agree with the others, a standard LAN-connection is better in most cases. But if you really want to use USB for some reason (?) then a "USB transfer cable" (or similar, the name may also contain any of the words: Data/Link/File) is what you need. You should be able to pick one up at your local store or online.
