Hi, I am going to upgrade my RAM module from 1 GB of ram (PC 2100 I think) To a module that my dad got me that is 2 gigs. One problem, My "old" motherboard (VIA K7VTA3 V.6.0b) states that it is compatable only with PC 2100 and PC 1600. The RAM I have is PC 3200. I know this is a stupid question, but is there any chance that PC 3200 will work on my "old" motherboard? Quick reply recommended please!Motherboard site.

In all of my experiences the mobo will just use the ram at the fastest speed it possobly can (333) in this case. So you will be fine.

Actually I am running pc3200 in my mobo when it supports 2700. lol
