it will work on both boards.

is it just me or do both those boards have the same id and name :P

Thanks ripken! My mistake, I must have copy/pasted the same motherboards. :P I can't get the other one now, since the computer is down, but i will post soon enough.

well the card is agp 8x so as long as the mobo says agp 8x, it will be fine.
