Newly stickified topics

Featured Replies

I've "pinned" ["stickified"] a few topics that were [way] overdue to be permanently listed on the front page:

98 SE Auto-Patcher:

http://www.msfn.org/board/?showtopic=80800

98 FE/98 SE/ME Power Pack:

http://www.msfn.org/board/?showtopic=78666

ME SP1:

http://www.msfn.org/board/?showtopic=61407

98 FE SP2:

http://www.msfn.org/board/?showtopic=44732

Congratulations to all authors, starters + maintainers for your *excellent* jobs.

Keep up the good work. :thumbup

P.S.:

I'm considering other topics to "stickify" in the near future.

If any1 has any ideas, comments etc, please PM me [must be logged in 1st]:

Thanks 4 tuning in.

Best wishes,

Good decision!

Though, I suggest you make Copy2gb and Enable48bitsLBA sticky too!

Thanks.

Those 2 topics are still there, but their author/maintainer is not with MSFN anymore. :(

Therefore development has stopped.

These 2 fixes are included in automated Iexpress installers, though:

Automated Iexpress installers of Copy2gb and Enable48bitsLBA can be installed on pc with more languages?

And the automated iexpress installer for intel microcodes?

THX!

Good ideas !! :thumbup

Can I suggest you make "The Mindows Project" and "Kernel Update Project "sticky too!

In the future ,is it possible to have a sticky by language ( for the Fench 9X'Connection , Italian ...) for whose doesn't speak english very well ( like me , thanks to Translator !! )

I think it's a bit confusing to new users to have that many stickies. Meaby it's an idea to have only one sticky with links within it to all active projects, plus description what each project is about.

Very good idea.

I've thought of this too, but I haven't decided yet which topics should be on the sticky list.

I'll post a sticky when I have such list.

Thanks.

New projects that deserve a sticky get sticked for a couple months. The rest gets on the master list that is also stickied. That way they all get some 'sticky' time and recognition, and we won't have too many stickies.

Hi,

Could we add 'maximus-decim' service packs for Win98 and IE6.0?

He seems to have put in a fair amount of work. I've used both his update packs with good results.

Waywyrd
