You should not be installing KB928089, it was replaced long ago by KB928090 which was then replaced by KB931768.

The only two hotfixes required for IE7 are KB929969 and KB931768.

Just my two cents, don't use IE7, use Firefox instead, better still if ya don't like the Fox use IE6 nuthin wrong with it. less ya just like more eye candy etc.??
