[Release] Windows Live Messenger + Plus Live! + Patch + More... Au

First of i like to tnx Shark for making the Windows Live Safety Scanner installer and Ink installer

So what's this script for

It has simple config.ini with all settings so u don't need to edit script anymore only if u use different language setup but the easy way to install the other language is to extract msgslang.*.dll from MsnMsgs.msi and put it in patch folder so u can use English MsnMsgs.msi.

- installs Windows Live Messenger and remove old one if exists

- installs Messenger Plus! Live (silent)

- installs Windows Live Safety Scanner(x86 or x64) autodetect if Windows x64

- installs Ink

- Remove My Sharing Folders in My Computer for Windows Live Messenger for all that dont use patch version (mess or a-patch)

- installs patched files

I now use your autoIT script to install msn + patched files. may i know whats the relation between patched files and removing sharing folder

i tried to unregister manually that dll file, but when i launch wlm, it reinstalls it.

hmm strange didn't try it in 8.1 use patch version of mess or a-patch.

Ok so I downloaded the big 50megs file. I extracted it to MSN folder. Now I try to run MSN.exe file through WPI and it doesn't work. If I double-click on MSN.exe manually the program installs automatically. So what should I do to launch it from WPI? Thanks

Can you post a tutorial to change default Slovenian language to our own language.

to

;(Y)es or (N)o - PATCH

$INSTALL_PATCH="N"

or replace the existing msgslang.8.1.0178.00.dll msgsres.dll msidcrl40.dll msnmsgr.exe with your own

i used mess.be patcher
