dirtwarrior Posted February 23, 2007 Posted February 23, 2007 I got a HP PSC 500. I have been printing some DVD lables mostly. Today it grabbed 2 sheets of paper while printing. Now I get an error when I try to print. It copies fine and it scans fine but it wont print. It is an older machine but it makes beautiful copies and prints.Is this machine tore up? Is it easy fix?
bonestonne Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 my printers done that a few times, but i've never gotten an error like that...have you checked to make sure the belt is in place for the ink cartridge, and also that theres nothing on it..if the page ripped and a piece is missing, that could easily be causing the problem.
