Why I Can't install the .msu hotfixes on Vista??? I do double click on .msu but don't install nothing

Did you remove Component Cache component?

If you have Component Cache removed you can't install Vista updates.

I didn't remove nothing. Its a fresh install of Windows Vista Ultimate
