Neo2x
Currently I'm using nLite to make my installation Unattended(Repair Option, CD-Key and Regional Settings only); the only file necessary for this is winnt.sif? In which case would it suffice(for those results) to put it in the FIX folder and save one step in the process? Thanks in advance.P.S.: Here I attach my winnt.sif with the cd-key and regional settings masked .WINNT.SIF
tommyp
Yes, you can place the winnt.sif in the FIX folder. If you prefer, you can place it in the source\i386 folder. Either way, it's the same effect.
Neo2x
, Thanks.BTW, something offtopic; is it possible to put the Location code in winnt.sif? (The Location that appears at the bottom of Regional Settings, below "Standards and Formats"). If not, where is it possible? tommyp
I found out that the order of entries in the winnt.sif file really doesn't matter. As long as the header section is correct. You probably want to read this or use the deploy program that is part of the admin tool pack on the cd.
Neo2x
I meant Windows Regional Settings(Control Panel>Regional Settings), not the RegionalSettings header of winnt.sif.EDIT: Found the answer, thanks for the help.
