Numinous Posted October 1, 2003 Author Posted October 1, 2003 what makes you say that ..works superbly here, boots on a dime and configurable from the bottom up.. methinks its probably too much for your little brain to take in ..alright its not OOB but thats its main highlight, total control.. maybe it'll help if i done a step by step guide for pea brains ..if you wanna learn you might aswell jump in at the deep end.

mrchisholm Posted October 1, 2003 Posted October 1, 2003 Just a question, how do i burn this using nero? Shouldn't i just make a bootable cd and in the bootsection in nero link to loader.bin and copy the rest of the files to the CD? It's not working, how should i do it?
Numinous Posted October 1, 2003 Author Posted October 1, 2003 yep use the loader.bin as the image fileenable expert settings and use no emulationload segment of sectors 07C0number of loaded sectors 4make sure youve got a folder in the root called cdshcontaining the modules folder, cdsh.bin and cdsh.ini scriptif your using the front end by reanimatolog you needshowgif.csm and bcdw.csm in the modules folderand a bcds folder containing the gifs and script in the cdsh folder replace the cdsh.ini with reanimatologs thats it.. you should be up running and ready to tweak
demlak Posted October 2, 2003 Posted October 2, 2003 well.. i think all people who are interested in cdshell should read first the faq and syntax sites before asking questions.. cdshell is not for computer-newbies.. it is it´s own shell, with it´s own complication-grade.. what i mean is: there will be many many many questions from many many people here.. and the most (all?) info is still sitting on the cdshell site..
Numinous Posted October 2, 2003 Author Posted October 2, 2003 well said.. also try http://www.bootscriptor.org which is the predecessor to cdshell.. theres a little more info on this site and i should really point out that cdshell is still in developmentheres a couple more links that may helphttp://www.911cd.nethttp://www.nu2.nu/bootablecd/good luck
