how to make application auto start without log in to windows XP?

I use FireDaemon an find it quite handy. But don't you have to actually log on to Windows before services start?

No, Windows Services start before logon. Take for example Remote Desktop: My remote machine is booted up and stands at the login screen, I am able to remotely connect.

What kind of program that?.Like antivirus or firewall or keylogger...

every program can't start to services.
