Vista True Type Fonts copied to Win XP?

I read that Vista will have alot more support for languages and thus they supply alot more True Type fonts (.ttf)

which can eat up 310 megs of disk space, will I be able to copy them over to Win XP home/pro etc? Will they

work with the Win XP apps?

Is it a simple copy and paste or is there some config utility to run to update a dbms for win xp to look at

before selecting the font to use?

If they're TTFs they should work... and usually just copying them over is fine.
