I just started to run the install but I can't go on pass "Select the driver to be installed". What drivers are they talking about?Nlite_v1.3.iniThanks,EXPRESS Edited December 13, 2006 by Express

Spooky Posted December 13, 2006 Posted December 13, 2006 Isn't there a licensing restriction on installing Vista like this?
Express Posted December 13, 2006 Author Posted December 13, 2006 Well if I can get pass this screen I may be able to find out, but in either case I can run for 30days before setting up license. cluberti I checked that site but haven't found anything yet. Thanks,EXPRESS
cluberti Posted December 13, 2006 Posted December 13, 2006 I was able to get around this today by adding 2 CD rom drives to my image - the first pointing to my actual CD drive, and the second to the Vista .iso. Give that a try.
Express Posted December 14, 2006 Author Posted December 14, 2006 cluberti, you are correct a colleague of mine pointed that out. All I need it was a cd driver and all is peachy. Thanks,EXPRESS

dexter.inside Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 Since they updated in v5.5.3 the virtual bios to properly support vista, it works like a breeze

Express Posted December 14, 2006 Author Posted December 14, 2006 so i take it that 3dflip wont' work on vista via vmware?
Jeremy Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 I had Vista running on VMware ages ago. Was fun.
Albuquerque Posted December 18, 2006 Posted December 18, 2006 so i take it that 3dflip wont' work on vista via vmware?Anything that requires hardware video acceleration will not work.To include 3dflip, aero glass, etc.
