I just want to have a very light XP

After so many trial errors I've done the following choices

Tell me what do you think?

th_69164_nlite_remove_components_122_323lo.jpg

Hardware Support:

-AGP Filters

-ALi *

-CPU *

-* IDE Controller

Services:

-DNS Client if you're using DHCP

-maybe TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper

-Terminal Server (removes remote desktop and secondary logon but makes the computer quite faster)

Why not delete all languages, besides your native language?

C-Tux just looked at your sig and thats exactly what I have been looking for.

Thanks!

if you don't use it, get rid of it. specifically:

USB Ethernet

USB Audio

Modem support

Joystick support

other than that i don't see much else you'd want to get rid of...its not an XP i would use, i like to have at least some programs to use, but i'd love to try it out someday, to see what its like.

once you have it installed i'd like to see your Boot time/processor/CPU speed/RAM etc...
