I have about 8 that I have made over time and I want to merge them all together without redoing all the work in nLite.

You can use simple drag'n drog

Open presets folder in "C:\program files\Nlite\"

Use your favourite editor to merge informations

or do you mean make one file from 2 or 3 configs? But then the question is what of the differences?
