Yes, that is correct. Windows Rights Management Services Client SP2 (KB917275), along with Remote Desktop Connection (Terminal Services Client 6.0; KB925876), are now offered on Windows Update.

On a side note, KB905474 is unfortunately back, according to KB894199. Well, I have a genuine copy of Windows XP, so it doesn't really matter for me!

In addition, WMP11 and IE7 (if not yet installed) are also on WU/MU.
