How to download all Windows XP Fixes ?

Hi all a few month ago i cane across a batch file that downloaded all Windows XP Fixes on dir i told to. I'm trying to find something like that so I can make the most updated windows XP Disk.

you see all the programs I have found cheks my PC for updates that is has and check which should I download I need a program that will download all the updated and hot fixes. with put looking what I have and don;t have
