I seen files like winrar they use like .r01, r02 - r100 or like part01, part02 and so on, how is that ? I want to make something like that.Or where can i get the guides for that ? jftuga Posted November 14, 2006 Share Posted November 14, 2006 If you use rar.exe, the command-line version, you can use the -v switch to choose the size of a single file volume.I use -v4505600, which is about the size of a DVD.When rar goes past one file, the archive names change to archive.part1.rar, archive.part2.rar, archive.part3.rar, etc.-John Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
