I have some ideas for WPI, so that it is more easy to use it.

01.

I have found that WPI is not able to play audio files placed under its audio folder during fresh installation. So we must integrate a basic audio player into WPI itself which can play WAV, MP3 and MIDI files.
02.
I found that after a installation of a particular software my windows restarted and when WPI restarted itself then i found that next installation was a success but wasn't installed, So we should include a option of restart in the Command box so that WPI restarts system after a particular installation is finished and also stops all commads until system restarts.

03.

WPI don't install softwares acc. to install order rather it installs softwares alphabatically which i think should be corrected.
04.
We should include a button of sub category just beside category.

05.

We should make "Dependent of" command more simple, as by just writing the install order numbers there and then telling it by YES or NO configuration.
Example:
25||54=YES

25!54=Yes

25&54=YES

What i m trying to explain is, 25 and 54 are install order numbers. 1st line explains that, either 25 is checked or 54 checked then it will install both of them.

That means i have used "||" as a OR operator.

In second line, if 25 is checked then 54 is disabled and will not be installed.

That means i have used "!" as a NOT operator.

In third line, if 25 is checked then 54 should also be checked, then only installation will continue.

That means i have used "&" as a AND operator.

I think that u can understand what i m trying to expalin. Plz reply to this as we all should help the developers to make WPI more groovy.

1 i found my apps to insall when this issue happens,

2, like ive told you before, implement the right install methods / switches, or just rebuild the installer to avoid your apps from forcing a restart

but u can't do for some apps as of SPDT as either it should be integrated which can't b done or u will have to restart ur system.

Most of your suggestions are already features of WPI eg try %reboot% in the second commandline...

Install order and cats issue was fixed awhile ago

Subcats wont be a reality for awhile

WPI can not play audio if your soundcard has not been installed. i.e. missing drivers...

The dependant of does not sound like all that good of an idea to me because people RARELY change the progs UID but install order #'s are changed all of the time...

yup that what m saying. dependant of condition should depend upon install orders so that a newbie can use that command quiet easily.
