Problem with My connection

I have a Xdsl connection with 1mbit speed. And in our apartment building i lend my connection to two more people (my cousins) with a router.

And im always p***ed off because i have 500 ping or more in Battlefield 2 online play. And when i ask who is downloading both of them say they're not downloading nothing.

So im looking for a program that would display upload and download inside the lan network. Than i could disconnect phisicaly the one who is downloading....

You should be able to limit traffic on the router itself. You can adjust access restrictions and use of QoS where you can assign bandwith for each computer on the network..

I tried that but my router doesn't have that. I can just block ports and disconnect internet and nothing else !

then you're in trouble..If you want to do something you should either change the router or have your PC act as a router. In that case you could use some 3rd party apps like NetLimiter to achieve what you want..
