How do you turn on the standard control panel applets for user account management or shoudl I just go through the standard 'computer management' applet?

Use this reg script to place it in control panel.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ControlPanel\NameSpace\{98641F47-8C25-4936-BEE4-C2CE1298969D}]

The Win2k style user control panel is added to the control panel.
