September 9, 200322 yr you will most likely need to find a boot screen for the new ntoskrnl, go to google and search, you should find something there
January 5, 200422 yr I've used different types of bootscreen editors and have almost made it work...using boot xp I was able to change the background of the boot screen and progress bar but the windows 2003 server was still there
January 11, 200422 yr i was playing around with it the other day... the image it uses, the win 2k3 server logo, isn't in ntosknl. i have no idea where it lives, but if anyone knows, i'd love to be enlightened.

Now My win 98 and Win 2000 have a daul boot at start up. How can I delete my win 98 off my HDD for good without messing up anything else?Thank you, Colin PS Anotehr problem jst today is: my PC was fine untill a blue screen poped up saying a stop 0x000000A .....IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUALAddress 80431BA5 base at 80400000, dat stamp blah blah.... - ntoskrnl.exeBegining Dump of Physical MemoryThis blue screen of death frooze my PC so I had no choice but to reboot. Now all "seems" well and normal again. Any ideas on how to double chck this ntsokrnl.exe file? Seems like I have a corrupt file somewhere. Any fixes?Thank you, Colin
