I think you should be asking yourself why you want to do this before you ask how.

I can just imagine the memory resources!
In other words, this is more of a "see, it can be done in VB!" than anything truly useful.

Probably could be done in VB. Like the post above, you'll have to handle a *lot* of window messages yourself, instead of letting Window's own window manager do the work for you.

Do you want to do this on a Windows Vista OS (VERY Easy and No Memory Cost)? Or does this need to support XP (or below) as well (VERY Hard and Memory/CPU Expensive)?

goto www.telerik.com site its good one for creating good UI.

but they provide only dll file.
