mattffrost Posted November 6, 2006 Author Posted November 6, 2006 I tried the:http://www.remotesoft.com/linker/I can get .net programs to work in Winpe 2.0 but my program does not work correctly. My program works correctly under Windows Vista but when I use the remotesoft it gives errors. I think this product is great for some .net programs but for others you may get unexpected results. I downloaded the trial version and the setup was very easy.
SoultakerPT Posted November 23, 2006 Posted November 23, 2006 Bahhh...This really stinks.I really can't find any good reason to Microsoft not to include .NET on WinPE 2.0!
ZoRoNaX Posted December 20, 2006 Posted December 20, 2006 If you know what to do and how to do it, it's relatively simple. Yesterday, I completed the integration of the Microsoft .NET Framework v2.0.50727 in Windows PE 2.0. You can find the result on my blog. In the next couple of days/weeks (depending on how busy I am in real life), I will write a guide how to do it.-ZoRoNaX
Jazkal Posted December 20, 2006 Posted December 20, 2006 how about a real rough idea of the steps needed?
SoultakerPT Posted December 20, 2006 Posted December 20, 2006 ZoRoNaX you have 10 minutes to post a step-by-step guide for this! Counting...
mattffrost Posted December 20, 2006 Author Posted December 20, 2006 ZoRoNaX,Can't wait to see how you did this. Really looking forward to it.Matt

chiefnuts Posted January 2, 2007 Posted January 2, 2007 ZoRoNaX,I'm also looking fordward as to how you got this working. Pretty impressive, if I say so.

mattffrost Posted March 9, 2010 Author Posted March 9, 2010 I finally got a .net program to run with Winpe 3.0, I incorporated the .net framework into the Winpe. I had initially tried this when Winpe 2.0 came out with no luck, but I did get it with 3.0. If there is enough interest I will post my solution.
