Integrating Excel Sheet in Presentation

Recommended Posts

Hi All:

Due to busniess needs, I want to:

  1. creat a presentation, and to insert an excel sheet into the presentation,
  2. And what if there are more then one sheet in the same Excel WorkBook, how to choose the required one?
  3. If the Excel Sheet contains autofilter, will it be able to be integrated too?

I've tried many things but every time it did integrate the entire .xls file. and when I click the link it did launch the entire file using MS Excel.

so does there is any way to crack this thing?

I'm really do need this thing urgently for busniess

Thanks :)

Open your file in Excel

Set it to full screen

Press Printscr key

Open Paint

Edit -> Paste

Save as bitmap

Open bitmap in any more featured image editor and modify it if needed

Save it again as bitmap or .jpg

Add the image file to your presentation

Repeat for more sheet views

Thanks for your reply

But this is not what I'm looking foor

I want to insert the excel sheet in the presentation as an excel sheet not as an image.

Also the sheet I want to insert contains autofilter which really is required to be displayed, so inserting an image will do not solve the need.

I've tried insert an excel sheet as an object, but not every thing in the sheet was displayed in the presentation in show mode.

I will be too thankful if any one helped me with this issue.

I've did knocked MS office community but no reply till now.

I'm sory if I'm rushing and pushing but really I need to know how to do it.

Thanks again :)

Yep, that's why I suggested using an image.

After all a presentation is nothing but a slide-show, you just add to it more images with the different filtering results and you are done.

Moreover you are safer from a crash or a wrong command given, I know that it never happened before, I know, but if it happens, it will do the most possible damage, according to Murphy's Law and it's corollaries.
