yeah i can but the program doesnt come up..coz it wasnt installed..its portable firefox

yes but what is does is make...fiefox default..and doesnt use portable executable....so it kinda defeats the object :S

have you tried to do a simple file association? (Open With, always open with this program) for .htm, .html, etc....? I'm not sure Vista will allow something thats 'portable' be a default, I haven't tried it tho. If you get it to work let us know what you did.
