Jeremy Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 I have a program that is rather huge and takes a long time to install the files. I run it in Sandboxie with no problems, so I guess it doesn't create a Service. Anyway, does anyone know how I can capture all registry entries created/changed throughout the installation process, preferably within Sandboxie? I want to make a self-extracting archive that will also import the registry entries after the files have been extracted.I'd really appreciate some input from you guys considering I've been at this for a long time.Cheers,Jeremy
srikat Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 Try http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/Regmon.html.
Jeremy Posted September 14, 2006 Author Posted September 14, 2006 Already did. It tells you which entries are created/changed/etc, but doesn't capture the files to a REG or TXT file.

Jeremy Posted September 15, 2006 Author Posted September 15, 2006 (edited) Yeah, ok, but it still fails to log it in the normal exported format. But nevermind, I figured out how to do it with Sandboxie, however, even still, lacking the proper format. Edited September 15, 2006 by Jeremy
