will sp3 have built in WGA?

Just wondering if anybody knows or has any ideas on whether SP3 will have WGA built into it.

EDIT: meaning that only genuine copies of windows can install sp3

I will laugh if Microsoft overlooks this... Which I doubt...

Nevertheless, I have a valid key, so I don't have anything to worry about! :D

From my understandings, SP3 will be a sum of all updates to the date of release. Since I am up to date with windows update, why bother installing SP3? Of course, it has some other rewritten files too, isn't it?
