[Help] I want to delete LANG files BUT

Featured Replies

I have a spanish keyboard and I want delete the files from the LANG folder But i want to leave the spanish keyboard in so I can set it latter

My question is does anybody know what file contains the spanish keyboard file?

Thank you in advance for your help

Keyboards are not in LANG : they are in i386 directly and named kbd??.dl_.

You can go safely : remove everything in "language" and just don't tick spanish in keyboard category. ;)

Thank you!, Thank you! Camarade_Tux B)

Stupid me I thought if I deleted all the LANG files it would have an adverse affect on what keyboard I chose, but thanks for clearing that up Tux.

Any idea if the english keyboard layout can be removed? I have italian xp so I don't need it. I've searched for any command to delete those pesky keyboard layouts but I wasn't able to find any. Any idea if nlite will ever support english keyboard removal?

The only downside I see of deleteing all the LANG files is that when I use Live messenger some of the My Buddies ascii Names arent supported

Example ––––•(-•®içªrdø•-)•––––™
